Special tours

Over the years, on the occasion of significant cultural, civil and religious celebrations (such as Memorial Day, Woman’s Day, the International Day of Peace, the Carnival, the World Day of Poetry etc…), the Paul VI Collection developed and promoted special guided “thematic” tour, showing and enhancing to visitors many works, normally not displayed in the permanent tour of visit.

Today, these kinds of special visits are available only on request at any time of the year: among others there are tours dedicated to the theme of the peace, to women artists represented in the museum, to the works of the  CEI “New Lectionary” of 2007-2008, to the theme of “the draft” (developed thanks to the exhibition of preparatory drawings, a very important and precious heritage owned by the museum). There are also visits dedicated to the book of artists and to the connection between the word and the image, to the Carnival and the Circus and many other special events.

The building is served by a lift for the accessibility of elderly people, people with disabilities and prams or pushchairs.
